If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to ensuring a professional and seamless resolution.

1. The 180-Day Reflection Period

From the date of delivery, you are granted a 180-day premium return window.

  • Return Condition: To ensure the brand experience for future patrons, returned items must be in their original, unused condition, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

  • Our Promise: Upon meeting these criteria, we will provide a full refund or an exchange for an item of equal value.

2. Our Quality Promise (Defects & Damages)

Every Junazilo piece undergoes rigorous quality inspections. If you receive an item that was damaged during transit or possesses a manufacturing defect:

  • Please notify our concierge team within 48 hours of receipt.

  • You will not be responsible for any return shipping costs. Once verified, we will arrange for an expedited replacement or an immediate refund.

3. The Concierge Refund Process

We value your time and have simplified our return steps for your convenience:

  1. Initiate: Email us at service@junazilo.com with your order number.

  2. Review: A service consultant will respond within 24 hours to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  3. Restoration: Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

4. Specialized Exceptions

  • Gift Cards: Purchases made via gift cards are non-refundable for cash.

  • Bespoke Items: Custom-engraved or specially personalized kitchenware is ineligible for return unless a quality defect is present.
